1. Apply a serum, oil, or moisturizer to your cleansed skin.
2. Begin rolling gently at the center of the face and cheeks, moving toward the hairline in short, gentle strokes.
3. Move down to the jaw and neck, still working in short strokes.
4. Use the smaller roller very gently around the eye area.
