1. Remove makeup and clean your face.
2. Use a facial steamer or hot towel on your face for 3-5 minutes to open the pores.
3. Choose the suitable tip.
4. Turn on, choose the intensity of suction, and glow your skin for 10 minutes. Don't stay it at one spot for more than 2 seconds to avoid bruising and if you have sensitive skin, use only level 1.
5. Clean your skin and apply a rich, nourishing moisturizer. Repeat the treatment once or twice a week.

As someone who loves instant gratification I loved this cleaner. You do have to be careful it is very powerful and will leave bruises in sensitive areas. It pulled the dirt and oils out of my skin and my skin feels great.

I've been using this product now for a couple of months. I used to pay for weekly / monthly microdermabrasion at a spa and noticed how great as my skin reacted to the regular treatments. The problem was the cost. So I read reviews on this one and thought I it was worth a shot. Because I can do it at my house once-twice a week I can really see the benefits. I have acne and because my skin is getting this great exfoliation weekly my pores don't clog as often. At least with every other treatment I do an at home chemical peak and as moisturizing mask followed by my acne spot treatment and moisturizer. The combo of the products is doing me good and saving me a lot of money. I do my treatments on sundays and Wednesday but push back a treatment if it feels like I don't need it. Not bad at all use as directed.
